Standing Desks That Help You Do Your Standing Exercises
If you're going to be standing up during your work day, you might as well get a few exercises in! You're already on your feet--now you get to move around a little, too!
A Desk For Your Deep Knee Bends
How to do a deep knee bend: While standing, bend your knees and begin to lower your center of gravity while maintaining an upright position. Lower down slowly so you have more control over your posture on the way down. Bend your feet, keeping your heels up and down from the floor, and shift your entire body weight toward the soles of your feet until your knees are completely bent.
A Desk For Your Ab Curls
How to do an ab curl: Sit up straight, arms crossed over your chest. Squeeze your abs and push your chest toward your hips, maintaining this movement for a few seconds. Return to an upright position and repeat again.
A Desk For Your Push-Ups
How to do a desk pushup: Place your hands on the edge of your desk, shoulder-width apart. Extend your legs back, lower your chest toward the desk, and push yourself up.
